What's holding you back?
Or maybe even - who's holding you back?
Often times, we fall into a 'victim mentality', suffer from 'inferiority complex', or feel a twinge of 'imposter syndrome' creeping up - - - then we just let go of opportunities, give up on dreams, and pass the time living an unfulfilled life.
But these mind blockers can be overcome with the slight track change of your thoughts and the subtle gear shifts of your inner dialogue.
I am not dialling down the paralysing effect of poor mental health. I also want to acknowledge that we all suffer in this area in varying degrees. But the fact is our mind is powerful and we need to train this spatial energy that informs our cognition.
Do we -
let go of our dreams?

let go of the negative stories that perpetrate our thoughts and GO after our dreams?
Reknowned psychologist and coach Michael Gervais writes in his article: "Above all, remember that the things you tell yourself really do matter. Don’t limit yourself. Examine your narrative. Take ownership of it. Disrupt what no longer works."
