What really makes you alive? What energises you to get out of bed every morning? If you have discovered the 'what', then good for you. If you have not, it's not too late. The 'eureka' moment can come instantly but can also take years to materialise. But why is it important to identify the 'what'?

1. You stand out.

When you know exactly what moves you, your heart gets behind it. Once the heart is activated, your thoughts, focus, time, and relationships are aligned to seek that 'thing' further. Thereby, externally relaying a 'symphony of melody' that is distinctly your sound, making you memorable.

2. Your actions are refined and emphasised.

Time is the most expensive resource we have. The best thing is it's free for us to use but so easy to lose it. Knowing where your passion lies helps you to utilise and carve out your time blocks wisely - work, meetings, hobby, friends, home, family.

3. Your 'Go-To' when things get down.

Stronger than a Red Bull drink or a triple espresso shot, this fervour in you fuels your motivation. Just like the North Star, it becomes your beacon guiding you back to focus or a reassurance that you are still on the right track. These are just some of the reasons, so why not start discovering the 'fire inside of you'. And remember there is only one version of you, so be you.
