We want to help you find the answers, your way. We want to encourage you to find your voice, your purpose, to thrive in any situation, and to inspire others. We believe in you and what you have in you and what you have to offer.

We believe that you need to discover what makes you uniquely you and love that about yourself - setting that as a strong foundation. Next, building your leadership abilities up by pursuing your dreams and learning how your actions and words can develop people and be change catalysts in any given situation.

We also believe that other people's life stories are powerful and they can inspire your vision and your journey, providing anecdotal counsel to your thoughts and decisions along the way. We are also reminded that their life stories are also still a work in progress but they are evidence that anything is possible.

YourLeadershipValue.com was created by the people at mSpark Global as a platform to let every young woman know that they matter, their unique life story matter, and that they are leaders.
We are advocates of authentic leadership; that each person is gifted different traits, strengths, and weaknesses - and recognising these and nurturing the gifts and strengths will allow them to respond to any context with resilience and positive capital. That each interaction is an opportunity to build lasting relationships that aim to lift each other up. Most especially, we are here for young women; letting them know that they are good enough and very capable of pursuing their dreams.
